KCC seal 5-wicket victory against KSDO in Veteran Cricket

IMPHAL, Nov 27 : KCC, Kongba registered a 5-wicket win over KSDO, Kyamgei in a Group C match of the 22nd Manipur Veteran Cricket Tournament today at Langthabal Public Ground.
KSDO won the toss and opted to bat first today. They were however dismissed for 104 runs in 30 overs as Lenin (4/20), Bonny (3/15) and Bishorjit (3/18) of KCC wreaked havoc across their line up.
KCC then chased down the target in 23.3 overs with five wickets left to spare thanks to leading contributions from Lamnganba 23, Tomba 21 and Robertson 20.
For KSDO, Khalijur 19, Himat 17 and Najir Khan 17 led the scoring before Noushad (3/17) and Riyajuddin (2/23) shared five wickets between them.
Bonny of KCC was adjudged player of the match.
