MSBA celebrates Ng Rishabh-K Vemai’s silver medal finish at Junior Intl Series 2025

The Manipur State Badminton Association (MSBA) extended its heartfelt congratulations to the talented duo of Ngangom Rishabh and K Vemai for their outstanding performance at the prestigious Yonex CP Junior International Series 2025 held in Thailand.
The State pair showcased exceptional skill, tenacity, and teamwork throughout the tournament, battling through tough competition to reach the boys U-17 doubles final, said MSBA in a press release.
They demonstrated immense spirit in the gold medal match against the strong Indonesian pair of A Alfindo and H Prasetyo but made a highly commendable runners-up finish, it said.
The remarkable result in the international junior circuit is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the young athletes, their coaches, and the support system provided by the association, it said. MSBA also quoted general secretary, H Sanjeev Sharma as saying- “ We are incredibly proud of Rishabh and Vemai. Clinching the runners-up title at an event of this stature is a huge accomplishment, This performance underscores the potential our players possess, and we look forward to supporting their journey as they continue to compete at the highest levels.”
