TYDA romp in 4th Th Ibopishak Memorial Super Division Football League opener

IMPHAL, Nov 3 : The 4th edition of Thokchom Ibopishak Singh Memorial Super Division Football League, 2025 organised by District Sports Association Bishnupur kicked off today at Mini Stadium, Bishnupur with 6 teams participating in it.
The opening match of the tournament saw TYDA, Toubul romp 3-0 past UKCCL, Oinam thanks to second half goals from W Alex, O Alex and N Goutam.
The two sides started cautiously and entered into the break goalless with defenders reigning supreme.
TYDA however entered the field with more purpose after the restart and took the lead after 54 minutes as W Alex who subbed in for N Premsagar converted a penalty. The scoring spree continued with O Alex scoring another goal for the team in the 79th minute before Naorem Goutam also made no mistake in converting a penalty in the 84th minute.
RFCC, Keinou will play OSA, Oinam in the next match tomorrow from 12:15 pm before NCYWO, Nungshai play KPFC, Kha Potsangbam later from 2:15 pm.
