IMPHAL, Nov 3: The High Court of Manipur reinstating Tongbram Bhabeswar as Vice Chancellor of the Manipur Technical University will have a positive impact on the functioning of the only technical university in Manipur, students have said.
The Manipur Technical Students, in a statement, said they welcome the October 27 order of the HC.
The MTU was operating without a regular VC for 2 years and 9 months, The timely Court decision will have a positive impact on the university, the students said.
