Sainik School Imphal wraps up CATC 2025

IMPHAL, Dec 19 : The Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC)–2025 of Indep NCC Coy (JD/SD) of Sainik School Imphal concluded today with great pomp and discipline at the school’s Drill Square.
As per a release issued by Sainik School Imphal, the camp was conducted under the leadership of Lt Col Satish Kumar Singh, Camp Commander, who guided and motivated the cadets throughout the training period.
The CATC–2025 aimed at fostering discipline, leadership qualities, physical fitness and a sense of national service among the NCC cadets of the school.
During the camp, cadets actively participated in a range of training and educational activities, including drill, map reading, health and hygiene awareness sessions, leadership development programmes, basic handling & safety measures of weapons, etc. These activities were designed to enhance the overall personality, confidence and teamwork skills of the cadets.
The camp concluded today with a grand campfire presided over by Col A Rajiv, Principal, Sainik School Imphal.
Sonia Erengbam, Joint Secretary, Sericulture & Tourism also attended the camp as a guest lecturer.
The visiting dignitary appreciated the Camp Commander, all staff and cadets for conducting a meaningful NCC camp and extolled the virtues of a life in uniform.
The camp reflected the commitment of the NCC and Sainik School Imphal towards nurturing disciplined, motivated and socially responsible youths.
