Manipur win 2 gold, 1 bronze at 69th NSG Swimming

IMPHAL, Dec 1 : Manipur aquatics team have so far amassed 2 gold and 1 bronze medals at the 69th National School Games Swimming being underway in New Delhi.
Sapam David clinched a gold medal in the U-14 boys’ 200 m freestyle competition with a time of 2 minutes and 4.75 seconds.
David also clinched a bronze medal in the 100 m butterfly stroke competition taking 59.19 seconds.
The other gold medal was on the other hand won by Ch Tomthin in the highboard diving competition for U-14 boys with a total score of 275 points.
