World Meditation Day: MUDA organises meditation session

BISHNUPUR, Dec 20: In observance of World Meditation Day, the Manipur Urban Development Agency (MUDA), in collaboration with the Art of Living, Imphal, organised a one-day meditation session at Omba Nurathel Garden, Moirang specially dedicated to sanitation workers from seven Municipal Councils of the State.
As per a press release, the programme was attended by sanitation workers and officials from the Municipal Councils of Oinam, Nambol, Bishnupur, Ningthoukhong, Moirang, Kumbi and Kwakta.
The initiative aimed at promoting mental well-being, stress management and holistic health among sanitation workers, who play a vital role in maintaining urban hygiene and public health.
The meditation session was attended by Swami Premswarup (Oja Dixon) of the Art of Living, Bengaluru and Victoria Huidrom, SDC Headquarters, Keirao Bitra.
