KCDO, IBSA stretch winning run in 10th MNCA Plate Tournament

IMPHAL, Dec 2 : KCDO, Kongpal beat YWC, Patsoi by  80 runs and IBSA, Yumnam Leikai sealed a 4-wicket win against MPA, Thounaojam today to stretch their winning runs in 10th MNCA Plate Tournament to two games.
In a Group A match, KCDO posted their second straight win  by defending a total of 147/9 at Lairenjam Public Ground.
M Geetchandra 57 off 99 and Mutum Jodiba 24 off 15 led KCDO to 147/9 in 33 overs before Surjit (4/8), Mandingbam Surjit (2/8) and Ksh Dayananda (2/20) ran riot to bundle out YWC for 67 runs in 19 overs.
Elsewhere at Moijing Public Ground, IBSA cruised to winning 125/6 in 23.5 overs after bowling out toss winners MPA for 121 runs in 32.2 overs.
Y Sheiteendra 36 off 43, Th Chinglensana 13 off 53, and Ch Sitaranjan 13 off 11 led the scoring for MPA as Mk Tamim (4/4), Azmad Kh (2/18), Pravesh (2/33), and Md Shah Jahan (2/27) for IBSA.
M Riyaz 26 not out, Nandakumar 26 and Kh Subhas 21 the led the scoring for IBSA in the chase despite Ch Albish  (2/30) and N Britain (2/21) leading the bowling attack for MPA.
