BSF upgrades 15 sports club

IMPHAL, Dec 3: In a significant initiative aimed at fostering peace, unity, and youth empowerment, the Border Security Force (BSF), Manipur, successfully concluded a comprehensive Civic Action Programme (CAP) within Manipur.
The programme includes distribution drive for sports items,   extensive upgradation of infrastructure for 15, not so well off Local Sports Clubs and Associations, located at various locations across the State, said PRO Frontier HQ BSF M&C in a press release.
The events culminated in a high-energy friendly volleyball match played between a local youth team and BSF personnel.
Through such Civic Action Programmes, BSF Manipur continues to uphold its motto "Jeevan Paryant Kartavya" - standing firm as a pillar of support for the citizens of Manipur, it added.
