IMPHAL, Feb 6 : Leimarol Khorjeikol (LEIKOL) observed the 103rd birth anniversary of Maharajkumari Binodini at Kwakeithel Moirangpurel Leikai today.
The programme was graced by celebrated singer Chongtham Kamala Devi and LEIKOL president Kshetrimayum Subhadhani as chief guest and president respectively.
