IMPHAL, Feb 8: Lok Sabha Member Dr Angomcha Bimol Akoijam was felicitated at Congress Bhavan, Pune today by Congress president, Pune Arvind Sindhe along with senior Congress leader and former MLC Ulhas Dada Pawar and several Congress office bearers.
