ABVP Kangla Nagar unit organises NAGAR Khel Kumbh

ABVP Kangla Nagar unit organized a vibrant and spirited sports event, NAGAR Khel Kumbh, today, which saw enthusiastic participation from the Sagolband unit, Imphal College unit, and Kangla Nagar unit.
The event was designed to encourage youth involvement in sports and promote the values of physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline among the younger generation, said ABVP State Office secretary in a press release.
The event was honored with the presence of prominent guests, including State joint secretary Laishram Rajesh; State Khelo Bharat co-ordinator Ronaldo; Khelo Bharat Kangla Nagar Unit in-charge S Achandboi Kom, and Kangla Nagar unit secretary L David.
Their participation highlighted the significance of youth sports initiatives like Khelo Bharat, which are aimed at fostering a sense of unity and helping young people develop essential life skills, it said.
During the event, the esteemed leaders shared inspiring messages on the importance of sports in shaping the character and physical well-being of the youth. They emphasized how such activities not only promote healthy competition but also bring together diverse communities, reinforcing teamwork and collective strength, it said.
The NAGAR Khel Kumbh successfully showcased the immense talent of the participants while promoting camaraderie and sportsmanship, it said.
The ABVP Kangla Nagar unit looks forward to hosting more such events that inspire and engage youth in the development of their skills, health, and overall well-being, it added.
