Model Club, REYS victorious in 2nd H Biramangol Memorial Trophy 2024-25

IMPHAL, Mar 12 : Model Club, Chingamakha and REYS, Nagamapal emerged victorious in today's matches of The ongoing 2nd MNCA U-23 Men's Haobam Biramangol Singh Memorial Trophy 2024-25.
In a Group A match staged today at Khangabok Cherapur Public Ground, Model Club steamrolled YPHUC, Lalambung Makhong by 191 runs courtesy of half century knocks from N Bisal (77 off 44) and Thoudam Deepak (75 off 55) and N Dibak's five wicket haul (5/21 in 7.5 overs).
For YPHUC, Irom Sunny (4/64 in 6 overs) and Irom Ishor (4/32 in 6.2 overs) shared a bulk of 8 wickets before they faltered in the chase despite Irom Sunny Singh adding 64 off 81 balls.
Dibak Naorem led the bowling attack for Model Club in this innings while Y Suson (2/9) and Th Deepak (2/12) shared four wickets.
Meanwhile in the Group B match, REYS picked up a 7-wicket win against SHADOW, Thangmeiband.
