IMPHAL, Mar 25: The Special Court ND&PS has served a notice on one Lhingboi Kipgen (39) to appear before it virtually on April 25.
Lhingboi Kipgen is the daughter of (L) Lunkhosei Kipgen of Govadang [Govajang] village, Moreh police station, Tengnoupal district.
She has been accused of committing offence punishable under Section 21(C) & 29 of the ND&PS Act, 1985, and she has been evading arrest, said the Court, issuing a proclamation for her appearance under Section 82 of CrPC.
Lhingboi Kipgen shall appear before the Court virtually through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moreh on April 25, said the Judge, Special Court ND&PS, Imphal.
