Joykisan extends helping hand

IMPHAL, Apr 12: MLA Kh Joykisan has extended financial assistance to Ichel Express scribe Wahengbam Bikram Meitei who got his hand fractured in a road accident.
Joykisan visited Bikram at JNIMS Hospital today and handed over the financial aid.
