IMPHAL, Apr 15 : All Manipur Thanga Peoples' Welfare Association has mourned the passing of their founder president Salam Chandramohon Singh with an offering of floral tribute at the branch office located in Paona Keithel.
The gathering also observed a minute of silence to honour the deceased soul.
At the condolence meeting, Moirangthem Rachandra, president of All Manipur Thanga Peoples' Welfare Association recalled the genesis of the organisation, its early goals and the contribution of the founder president in their efforts.
