Manipur sweep U-17 boys, U-17 girls, and U-19 boys titles in 68th NSG Sepaktakraw

IMPHAL, Apr 20 : Hosts Manipur culminated 68th National School Games Sepaktakraw for U-17 boys and girls and U-19 boys in a bright note securing all the three titles today at Khuman Lampak Indoor Stadium.
Manipur won the U-19 boys' title with a 15-9, 15-7 win over Odisha today as Manipur defeated neighbouring Assam 15-6, 17-16 for the U-17 girls' crown and Bihar 15-10, 15-13 for the U-17 boys' title.
Notably, Manipur reached the U-17 girls' final with a 15-7, 15-6 win over Andhra Pradesh Yesterday.
In yesterday's late evening hard line match for U-17 girls, Nagaland defeated Andhra Pradesh 15-9, 17-15 to seal the third place.
Nagaland also sealed the hard line match of U-17 boys yesterday evening by defeating Uttar Pradesh 15-6, 15-12.
As many as 15 teams representing States, UTs and educational institutes participated in the U-17 boys and girls competitions while 16 teams participated in the U-19 boys competition.
