YAWA (A) lift Sepaktakraw trophy

IMPHAL, Apr 24: YAWA (A) emerged the winners of the  24th Mini Girls' State Sepaktakraw Championship 2025 after beating HUDIC (A) 2-1 today.
In the regu event final today, YAWA (A) beat HUDIC (A) 12-13, 15-1, 15-9.
YAWA (A) had defeated HUDIC (B) 2-1 (10-15, 15-10, 15-10) in the semifinal.
HUDIC (A) had beaten YASTA (A) 2-0 (15-12, 15-7) in the semi-final to reach the final.
HUDIC (B) and YASTA (A) have been placed in the 3rd and 4th position respectively in the tournament.
Mini Boys' final
Meanwhile, HUDIC (B) have emerged the winners in the Mini Boys' regu event.
HUDIC (B) beat YAWA (A) 2-1 (15-8, 10-15, 15-13) to win the title.
HUDIC (A) and PUC (B) have been placed in the 3rd and 4th place respectively.
Junior Boys
YAWA (A) will play in the final against SWC (A).
In the semifinals today, YAWA (A) beat IMSUC (A) 21 (15-13, 12-15, 15-11), and SWC (A) beat SWC (B) 2-0 (15-13, 15-11).
SWC (B) beat IMSUC (A) 2-0 (15-8, 15-11) to secure 3rd place.
Junior Girls
SAI RC will face PUC (A) in the final of the junior girls' regu event.
In the semifinals today, SAI RC beat IMSUC 2-0 (15-9, 17-14), and PUC (A) beat YAWA (A) 2-1 (9-15, 15-6, 15-10) to enter the final.
IMSUC beat YAWA (A) 2-1 (14-17, 15-13, 17-16) to secure 3rd place.
