AMOFA Academy win 15th Loktak Trophy

IMPHAL, Apr 8 : AMOFA Academy, Moirang were crowned champions of the 15th Loktak Trophy U-17 Boys Football Tournament this afternoon at Moirang Multipurpose Higher Secondary School playground.
AMOFA defeated TYDA, Toubul by 3-2 on penalties to seal the title of the 6-team tournament after the regulation period ended in a goalless draw.
Only Oinam Alex and Premsagar found the target during the shoot-out for TYDA as W Neckson, K Alex and N Alanio beat the TYDA custodian to set up the 3-2 win for AMOFA Academy.
