Manipur Police team beat Jharkhand 3-1 in All India Police Hockey C'ship

IMPHAL, Apr 9 : Manipur Police team opened their campaign in the 73rd All India Police Hockey Championship being hosted by Odisha in Bhubaneswar with a 3-1 win over Jharkhand team yesterday.
Manipur earned as many as 8 penalty corners in the match and S Suresh (36', 39', 42') converted three off the penalty corners to set up the 3-1 win.
