W Anganba emerges junior boys’ champion of champions in 5th State Level Arm Sports C’ship

IMPHAL, Jul 13 : W Anganba was adjudged junior boys’ champion of champions in the 5th State Level Arm Sports Championship cum National trial selection conducted by the Arm-Sport Association, Manipur.
As per a statement of the association, Anganba topped the junior boys’ 78 kg category while Y Hemchand and Kh Pangakpa finished second and third.
Brahmacharimayum Ronald finished atop in the junior boys’ 55 kg category competition as W Manglemba and Yanglem Thoungamba finished second and third.
B Lenin Sharma, meanwhile, topped the 63 kg category competition finishing ahead of Neerajkumar and Kh Rajesh.
W Lanchenba and K Maxson finished first and second in the 70 kg junior boys’ competition as Laishram Lukesh, Th Kangleinganba and L Parvaraj made the podium finishes in the 78+ kg category.
L Gujalti on the other hand finished on top in the junior girls’ 55 kg category competition above Kh Shakira and M Jileshori.
Ningthoujam Tina (70 kg) and Kh Thasana (63 kg) also emerged winners in their respective categories.
Mutum Rana finished first in the Masters (open) category as Kh Budha and N Romesh finished first and second in the Masters Ultra (open) competition.
