Laurels for Dr Palin

IMPHAL, Jul 14: Dr Khundongbam Palin Singh has been conferred the "Eminent Doctor Personality Award" by the Indian Medical Association.
The award was presented to him on National Doctors' Day 2025 at New Delhi on July 13.
The award was presented to five doctors from different States. Dr Kh Palin is the only doctor from the North East to receive the award.
The award has been given to Dr Kh Palin recognising his "accomplishment and unwavering commitment to the medical profession" and for being "an esteemed role model for aspiring doctors and a beacon of hope for patients", said the IMA Manipur State Branch, congratulating its senior member and former president in a statement.
The award was presented to Dr Kh Palin in presence of Dr Jitendra Singh, Minister of State of Science & Technology, Parvesh Verma, Minister, Public Works Department, Delhi and MLA Dr Anil Goyal.
