Drug seized

IMPHAL, Jul 18 : Manipur police arrested an alleged drug trafficker from Sekmai-Khurkhul road along with one kilogram of heroin yesterday.
The drug is estimated to be worth around Rs 6 crore in the international market and the arrested person has been identified as Md Farish  Khan (22) of Lilong Haoreibi Turel  Ahanbi in Thoubal district.
The police also arrested one vehicle from the adjoining area of Sora and Khongjom under Khongjom police station yesterday and he has been identified as Makakmayum Abdul Wahid (34) of Lilong Ushoipokpi Tharaorok. One Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 bearing Manipur registration number and one LL key set were recovered from his possession.
