Wheelchair basketball coaching camp begins

IMPHAL, Jul 20: A five day non-residential wheelchair basketball coaching camp has kicked off today at Chingamakha Young Learners Club Pishum Hao Ground today.
The camp, organised by Wheelchair Basketball Association, Manipur (WBAM) will continue till July 24.
The camp is exclusive for players who will be participating in the 9th National Wheelchair Basketball Championship, scheduled to be held from September 1 to September 10 at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
Youth Affairs and Sports Director Dr Mayengbam Veto, State Platform of Disability People Organisation (SPDPO) advisor Dr Sapam Jasobanta, WBAM president Md Yunush Khan and CYLC president Konjengbam Chingkham attended the opening ceremony.
