State mourning, flag at half mast

IMPHAL, Jul 23 : In tribute to the late renowned playwright and theatre personality Ratan Thiyam, a one-day State mourning will be observed tomorrow (July 24).
The National flag will be flown at half mast throughout the State and there will be no official entertainment on the day of mourning, said an order issued in the name of Governor by Thokchom Bedajit, Deputy Secretary of the General Administration Department.
