Show cause notice served

IMPHAL, Jul 26: BJP Manipur Pradesh Disciplinary Action Committee has served a show cause notice on party spokesman M Sureshkumar Singh for making baseless allegations against party MLAs during a dialogue (panel discussion) on New TV on July 17, 2025. The show cause notice said that M Sureshkumar Singh participated in the particular programme without obtaining prior permission from the party office which is a clear violation of the party’s rules and constitutional provisions.
Asking Sureshkumar to submit a written explanation within seven days, the BJP State Disciplinary Action Committee said that failure to respond within the stipulated time will be construed as acceptance of guilt and appropriate disciplinary action will be initiated without further notice.
