Laurels to farmer

IMPHAL, Sep 10 : ICAR-Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (ICAR-IIHR), Bengaluru has conferred the prestigious IIHR Innovative Farmer Award 2025 to Takhellambam Bungnao Singh from Bishnupur Mamang Leikai, Manipur. The award was handed over to Bungnao at the 59th foundation day of the institute held on September 9 at Dr GS Randhawa Auditorium, ICAR-IIHR Bengaluru. Bungnao was selected for the award for his outstanding contributions in adopting technologies developed by the IIHR and promoting sustainable horticulture through innovative practices.
