Pfoze resigns from NPF

IMPHAL, Sep 15 : In a fast development, former Lok Sabha MP Dr Lorho S Pfoze has resigned from primary and active membership of the Naga People's Front (NPF).
In a letter addressed to NPF president Apong Pongener, Dr Lorho S Pfoze said that it had become necessary for him to resign from the party due to personal reasons.
Saying that the decision was not easy to make, he also expressed appreciation for the opportunities NPF had given him to serve in various capacities as an active member.
His resignation came into effect from September 11, the same day the letter was written.
Pfoze was the LS MP from 2019 to 2024.
