Schools, colleges to remain closed

IMPHAL, Sep 15 : The Government has declared closure of all schools and colleges on September 16 due to severe weather conditions causing floods and landslides across multiple districts.
This directive was issued by Ng Bhogendra Meitei, Director of Education (S), and L Radhakanta, Director of University and Higher Education.
While the Education (S) directive specifies that all schools in the State, including private, Government-aided, and unaided schools, will remain closed tomorrow, the University and Higher Education directive states that colleges in Imphal East, Imphal West, Bishnupur, Kakching, and Thoubal districts will be closed for tomorrow.
