Four AMBBA athletes leave Imphal

IMPHAL, Jan 9 : Four athletes of the All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMBBA) have left Imphal today for the 12th Eastern India Men and Women’s Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2026 beginning tomorrow in Odisha.
The State team comprising Naorem Fredy (75 kg bodybuilding) of DJ and Fitness Gym, Kakching; Kshetrimayum Niraj ( 90 kg bodybuilding) of Evolution Fitness, Thoubal; Md Ijash Shah (men’s sports physique) of War Zone Fitness Center, Khomidok; and Phila Yangya (women’s model physique) of Royal Gymnasium, Ukhrul were officially flagged off by AMBBA officials and well wishers from the Imphal International Airport today.
