Add Director Education (S) inspires NCC cadets

IMPHAL, Jan 12 : The ongoing National Cadet Corps (NCC) Manipur Trekking Expedition at Cheirao Ching, Imphal, witnessed an inspiring visit from Gurumayum Anita Devi, Additional Director, Education (S), Manipur on Monday.
As per a release issued by NCC, the visit aimed to motivate cadets and review the various training of mountaineering & trekking activities being conducted at the camp.
Upon arrival, Anita Devi was warmly welcomed by Major Bigyanchandra Rajkumar, Camp Commandant, NCC officers, PI staff and NCC cadets.
It was followed by a detailed briefing on the camp’s objectives, daily training schedule, and the achievements of the cadets.
Addressing the cadets, the esteemed dignitaries praised their discipline, enthusiasm, and commitment to the ideals of the NCC.
They emphasized the importance of youth participation in Nation-building and encouraged the cadets to uphold the values of unity, leadership, and service.
The visit also included interactions with instructors and camp officials, as well as an inspection of training equipment & survival ration which are found easily in the jungle.
The dignitaries expressed appreciation for the camp’s efforts in fostering leadership qualities and physical fitness among students.
