Carrom tourney in Feb

IMPHAL, Jan 29: The 1st State Level Social Awareness Carrom Tournament 2026 is scheduled to be held from February 8 to 11 at the KYC Head Office, DMU Campus Imphal Sanskrit Toll, Imphal. The event will witness participation from carrom players representing various districts of Manipur.
Prize money
1st prize: Rs 10,000
2nd prize: Rs 7,000
3rd prize: Rs 5,000
The event will provide them a platform to showcase their skills, discipline, and sportsmanship. Along with healthy competition, the tournament aims to encourage positive social values through sports, said Kanglei Yelhou Cheingak in a statement.
The tournament will be conducted strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Manipur Carrom Association, it said.
