India U17 men's team beat Tajikistan 4-2 7th Manipur International Women's Polo Tanna and Bijenti score 3 each for India to beat Zambia 7-3

IMPHAL, Jan 29: The second day of the 7th Manipur International Women's Polo Tournament 2026 at Mapal Kangjeibung saw India Team (B) Manipur beating Zambia Polo Team 7-3, and India Team (A) IPA playing a 5-5 draw match against South Africa Polo Team.
The first match of the day saw Sanjana Sanjula Mann scoring 4 goals for India Team (A) IPA and Spies Chrisna scoring 3 goals for South Africa Polo Team.
The Indian side led over South Africa Polo Team 3-2 at the end of the 3rd chukker.
India Team (A) IPA led the first chukker 2-1 with two goals from Sanjana Sanjula Mann.  Cranje Ritali scored the first goal for the South Africa team.
The 2nd chukker saw Yumnam Ranjita Devi scoring one goal for the Indian side, and Spies Chrisna scoring her first of three goals of the match for South Africa.
The South Africa team improved in the 3rd chukker and even out the score to 4-4 with 2 goals from Spies Chrisna. The chukker saw Sanjana Sanjula Mann scoring her 3rd goal of the match.
Both teams added one goal each in the 4th chukker to end the match 5-5. Cranje Ritali scored (her second) for South Africa, and Sanjana Sanjula Mann scored (her 4th) for the Indian side.
The second match of the day 2 saw Thoudam Tanna Devi and Moirangthem Bijenti Devi scoring 3 goals each for India Team (B) Manipur to beat Zambia Polo Team 7-3.
Pamela Margaret Greenshields scored a double in the match for Zambia.
The 1st chukker witnessed India Team (B) Manipur leading 2-0 over Zambia through goals from Thoudam Tanna Devi.
While Zambia opened account with one goal from Pamela Margaret Greenshields in the second chukker, Thoudam Tanna Devi and Moirangthem Bijenti Devi scored one goal each to extend the lead to 4-1.
The 3rd chukker saw both teams scoring two goals. Pamela Margaret Greenshields and Paterson Emily Jane scored the two for Zambia, and Moirangthem Bijenti Devi scored the two for India Team (B) Manipur.
The 4th chukker saw Veronica Oinam scoring a single for the Indian side to beat Zambia 7-3.
The opening match of the 4-team tournament yesterday witnessed India Team-B trouncing India Team A by 11-3 goals.
