VETO crowned champions of State Senior Women’s Kabaddi C’ship

IMPHAL, Jan 5 : VETO, Laphupat Tera were crowned the champions of the 72nd Manipur State Senior Women’s Kabaddi Championship 2026 hosted by NAYA, Nongmaikhong in Bishnupur district under the aegis of the Manipur State Kabaddi Association.
VETO won the title of the 8-team tournament by securing a 35-19 win over hosts NAYA, Nongmaikhong in the final today.
Earlier in the semi-final, VETO booked their place in the final by outlasting Imphal East 41-16.
NAYA meanwhile completed the final line up by handing LYUC, Lourembam by 47-17 points in the second semi-final match.
