RPF clarifies

IMPHAL, Jan 7:  The proscribed RPF, through a press release issued by its Assistant Secretary, Publicity Bangkim, has clarified that Sarangthem Mahes (19) of Kairenbikhok Mayai Leikai, Laishram Kullabi alias Ronel (35) of Liwa Lambi Kha Maibam Leikai and Laishram Jiban (45) of Heirok Part-2 Chingol who were arrested by security forces on January 4, 2026 have no connection with RPF or its armed wing PLA.
