T-20 Manipur Veteran Cricket KCC Kongba, KSDO Kyamgei emerge victorious

IMPHAL, Feb 12: KCC Kongba beat LCCC Lilong Chajing, and KSDO Kyamgei beat YPHU-W Lalambung in today's matches of the 13th T-20 Manipur Veteran Cricket Tournament 2026.
In the morning at Langthabal Public Ground, LCCC won the toss and elected to bat first to amass 116 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs.
KCC completed the chase and won the match, scoring 119 runs for 3 wickets in just 15.5 overs.
Ibotomba (33/43), Kison (23/22), Sanjit (20/27), Shahjahan (14/6), Pratap (5/9), Bijen (2/6), and Shibadatta (2/8) contributed runs for LCCC to score 116 runs.
KCC's Lenin took 4 wickets and Chumthao took one wicket.
In KCC's chase, Lamnganba (38/30), Kiran (30/28), Devkanta (20/15), Bonny (19/15) and Robertson (5/7) contributed runs.
LCCC's Bijen, Kison and Shibadatta took one wicket each.
In the evening at the same ground, KSDO Kyamgei beat YPHU-W Lalambung by 46 runs.
YPHU-W won the toss and elected to bowl first.
KSDO scored a total of 129 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs.
In reply, YPHU-W could score only 83 runs for 10 wickets in 17.5 overs.
Noushad Ali (26/26), Sabir Ahmed (26/33), Mishara Khan (20/10), Abdul Khalique (18/20), Himat (14/18), Abid (12/7) and Riyajuddin (3/7) contributed runs for KSDO to amass 129 runs.
YPHU-W's Brikram took 3 wickets.
In YPHU-W's failed chase, only Hemanta (31/31) could contribute meaningful runs.
Amarjit (14/21), Brikram (10/18), Ponil (5/10), Heromen (4/6), and Josan (4/5) contributed runs.
