2 women UG cadres arrested

IMPHAL, Feb 15: Security forces arrested two women cadres of proscribed outfits allegedly involved in extortion activities today.
One of the two arrested has been identified as Salam ningol Sanasam Santikumari Devi (29), an alleged cadre of Koireng-led UNLF, said police. She hails from Upokpi Mamang Leikai, Bishnupur district, and was arrested from Nongpok Inkhol, New Checkon under Porompat police station, Imphal East, said the police.
The other woman arrested has been identified as Mutum Joshika Chanu (19) alias Maikeingakpi, an alleged cadre of KCP (Apunba). She was arrested from her residence at Lamdeng Thongkhong, under Lamphel police station.
