IMPHAL, Feb 1 : The Manipur Cycling Association has informed all riders above the age of 12 years to get registered with the association.
Riders within and outside the State are essential to get their names registered as soon as possible, it said while adding that unregistered riders will not be recognised as State riders.
Registration process details can be had from the office of the association.
