MLKTTCS celebrates 12th Foundation day

IMPHAL, Feb 20 : The Mangang, Luwang, Khuman, Thang-Ta and Cultural Sindamsang (MLKTTCS) today observed its 12th foundation day in a solemn function here at Mangjil Community Hall this evening.
The Thang-Ta artistes of the institutes showcased their talents and enthralled the dignitaries, guests and well wishers during the celebration, said MLKTTCS in a press release.
