PRI congratulates

IMPHAL, Feb 4: The Ad-hoc Committee of the All Manipur Elected PRIs of 2017 has congratulated Sing-jamei AC MLA Yumnam Khemchand on his appointment as the Chief Minister of Manipur. In a statement, the Committee also prayed for peace to return to Manipur.
