Mao Council, Song Song Youth & Students' Organisation congratulate Losii Dikho

Senapati, Feb 4: The Mao Council and the  Song Song Youth & Students' Organisation have extended heartfelt congratulations to Losii Dikho, MLA, 48-Mao (ST) Assembly Constituency, on his appointment as the Deputy Chief Minister of Manipur.
In a congratulatory note issued by the Information & Publicity Secretary, the Mao Council expressed gratitude to the NDA government for entrusting the coveted post to the Naga People's Front (NPF) in the person of L Dikho.
The council stated that the decision reflected recognition of his unwavering commitment and service to the State.
Conveying best wishes and prayerful support, the council expressed hope that Dikho would shoulder his new responsibilities with wisdom, good health and God's guidance, and contribute towards peace, development and unity in Manipur.
The Song Song Youth & Students' Organisation also congratulated Losii Dikho on his elevation as Deputy Chief Minister, while commending the NDA government for taking a prudent and inclusive decision at a critical juncture in the State's history amid ongoing ethnic tensions.
The student body noted that Dikho has consistently stood for peace, reconciliation, and unity, and has long advocated dialogue and mutual understanding among the Meitei, Naga, Kuki and all communities of Manipur.
Expressing confidence in his leadership, the organisation stated that Manipur  would move steadily towards the restoration of normalcy, lasting peace and communal harmony under his able guidance and in cooperation with the State Government.
