DESAM elects new executives

IMPHAL, Feb 7 : The Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) held its 13th General Conference at Thoubal College, electing a new 19-member Central Executive Committee for the tenure 2026-28. Oinam Romesh was elected president of the new committee.
