Ganja seized

IMPHAL, Mar 30: A parcel containing 2.6 kilograms of ganja was seized at Imphal International Airport yesterday. The parcel was found yesterday at around 11.49 am while screening Post Office Mail consignment. The parcel was addressed to one Suraj Haibhari Sarkate of Anand Nagar Maharashtra from one Luiyila Pangray of Mapum village Ukhrul.
Singjamei police seized the parcel containing ganja and was produced before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Imphal West for extracting samples and necessary legal actions and investigation.
