Rh Raising clarifies

IMPHAL, Mar 31: NSCN(IM) Special Emi- ssary Rh Raising has clarified that he has nothing to do with the Hongbei incident where four Naga army cadres were killed.
“Today, I stand solemnly in anguish to pay homage to the departed souls and upon their coffins, I hereby swear that I am innocent of their blood”, Rh Raising said in a statement.
He maintained that there is not an iota of truth in the wild accusations levelled against him.
Saying that a high powered enquiry commission has been already set up and the truth will be out soon, Raising appealed to all concerned to cooperate with the process of investigation.
He has also extended condolences to the bereaved families.
