Internet suspended

IMPHAL, Apr 7: In view of the public unrest triggered by the terror attack carried out by Kuki militants  at Tronglaobi, Bishnupur district, internet services and mobile data services including broadband, VSAT and VPN services have been suspended in the five districts of Imphal West, Imphal East,  Thoubal, Kakching and Bishnupur for three days with effect from 2 pm of April 7, 2026.
Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Home) N Ashok Kumar issued an order to this effect today.
