Asufii Christian Institute celebrates

SENAPATI, May 10: Asufii Christian Institute (ACI) celebrated a historic milestone with joy and pride following the conferment of autonomous status by the University Grants Commission (UGC) on May 9, 2026. The celebration marked a significant chapter in the growth and academic journey of the institution and was attended by dignitaries, community leaders, alumni, parents, faculty members, staff, students and well-wishers. Armstrong Pame, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Higher Education, Brigadier Anshuman Tripathi, DIG of 22 Sector Assam Rifles, Principal of ACI, Dr Daili Neli and Athikho Joseph, president of Mao Council, attended the event.
