Police recover brown sugar

IMPHAL, Jul 21: Police recovered 328 grams of brown sugar during a routine patrolling between Parbung and Lungthulien villages under Parbung police station, Pherzawl district on July 19.
The drug was found inside an abandoned bag during routine patrolling. The suspect "fled into the adjoining forest on noticing the police and escaped taking advantage of the darkness, said the police in a statement.
