Kakching: : The Students’ Union of Kakching Higher Secondary School has expressed disappointment with the lack of progress in the investigation in the death of a class XII student, Laitonjam Sanalembi, conveyed a press release issued by general secretary of the Union.
The Union has urged the State Government and the authority concerned to make the people aware of the progress of the probe and to unearth the culprit at the earliest, it stated. The Union will support any agitation taken up by the JAC concerned.

Kakching: A five day long workshop on Lai Haraoba dance organised by Women’s Society for Cultural Heritage under the ‘Cultural functions/production grants’ scheme of Ministry of Culture concluded today.
